Wow, I am totally bummed. I am calling discrimination on this one. The fine print says, "must be a U.S. resident, 18-30 years of age and 5'8 inches in bare feet". I mean, not only do I not qualify in the age range but I am only 5'2 inches tall. In heels.
I was really looking forward to walking down a runway, on T.V. in front of millions of people in my underwear.
Maybe they will do a special episode for us old, short, chubby girls?
Let me add to that...short, chubby and old.
ReplyDeleteIf it pays enough, I will try out for the short chubby contest. Maybe I can wear a mask.
ReplyDeleteThat would be completely awesome!
ReplyDeleteWell America's Next Top Model is currently doing a season where they only allowed girls who were 5'7" and under to join :) So maybe someday Vicki's Secret will jump on board too ;)
ReplyDeleteI actually had a student who was in the Victoria's Secret runway special about 3 years ago. I'm not judging her parents or anything *I am totally judging them* but I think I'd feel very uncomfortable having my 16 year old daughter strutting her stuff on the runway.
ReplyDeleteAt least she had standards. No thongs. But that was 3 years ago.
She got to wear baby wings.
I think science and technology will have to come a long way before a bra could be developed that could hold things where they would need to be for me... even in the short, chubby, old girl show!!!!!!!!
