Better Than Megan Fox Cake?

This cake is my husbands favorite, he asks for it on his Birthday and Father's day every year. I make it for him unasked if I am starting a new home remodeling project and have gotten in wayyy over my head...
I have heard it called all kinds of things, Better than Sex cake is the most common. Although, when I was younger I heard it called Better than Robert Redford cake a lot. Times have changed.
In front of the kids my husband refers to it as Better than Procreation Cake, this year he called it Better than Megan Fox Cake, I guess she is the new hottie. Whatever. I'd like to see what she looks likes after having 6 kids...

Anyway, on to the best cake EVER!

This is all you need:

Bake a chocolate cake according to directions, I like German chocolate. When it is hot and out of the oven, take a fork and poke holes all over it. Thousands of them! Don't be shy let the cake have it, pretend it is Megan fox...

Next pour an entire 14oz. can of sweetened condensed milk over the top of the hot cake.

It will look like this... as it starts soaking in.

Next, and I am not joking, pour an entire jar of caramel syrup over the top. I like Mrs.Renfro's, but had this on hand.
Now, amazingly, it will all soak in. Put it in the fridge to cool down. It is better if it sits a long time, like overnight before eating.
When cool, frost with cool whip and (if you are not lazy) chop up Heath or Skor bars to put on top. If you don't have time dump a bag of Heath toffee bits on.
I can' t even describe how good this cake is. Have you seen the Diner scene in When Harry Met Sally? That about says it all!

Have you had this cake before? What do you call it?

I have to agree that this is the best cake ever. My recipe has slightly different instructions. I prefer milk chocolate cake, and my directions say to heat one can of condensed milk and 6 T caramel over the stove. When you pour it on hot, it seeps in faster. This is the one cake where I prefer the edges as opposed to the middle pieces because all the yummy gooeyness gravitates to the edges! :o)

My Mom actually has been making this cake for years, except we've always called it "turtle cake". Although, I have no idea why. She gets requests for it all the time, ever since the cook-out she made it for. I'm not even a big cake fan and I love it!

I hope more people try it and see just how good it really is!

I've had it too...and down here in Florida they call it the "better than sex" cake. It's pretty darn good...so the name is fitting. :)

And as far as Megan Fox, honey, she may have the looks, but there is no way on God's Green Earth, she'd ever be able to juggle kids, a husband, a blog and coupon all at the same time,...that take a REAL woman! So, that alone, she turn him on!

My friend gave me this recipe and calls it "better than sex cake" but my Dad changed the name to "the Bomb cake" because he thought the name was inappropriate :)

this sounds so good, I am going to make it for Sundays dessert... Yummy

The "Bomb Cake" I like that name! Just thinking about all the sugar/corn syrup is giving me a sugar headache. You would think it would deactivate the drooling glands but it didn't.

I used to make this cake all the time at work, it actually won me a trophy at a dessert cook off we had one year! I always thought it was called "Better than anything cake"

We call it better than sex cake the little ones call it BTS cake! LOL I do it a bit different as I put the sweetened condensed milk, ½jar of hot fudge and ½jar of caramel and heat it. I also use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes.

My 15 yo daughter asked me to make this cake for her birthday. Now it is made for all her friends bdays too and delivered to the school so that all those giggling girls can have it for dessert on their bdays!

Oh Man I made this cake and took it with us to our major Southern California Car Show so we had something to snack on and it was a huge hit. It was fabulous! My husband isn't a cake guy and he couldn't get enough! Thank you so Much!
