I did this today after hours of getting bounced off the site and only after contacting customer service. But then I get to checkout and my beautiful book is FREE but it still wants my credit card info. WHY???? So before I enter it I am going to call customer service back again tomorrow. Can you believe that they close at 4pm eastern.
