This weekend on...
Friday at 7:00pm
and
Saturday at 8:00pm
If you are in the Houston area, I am having a Shelf reliance party, followed by a "mini-coupon" class on how to get your toiletries for free. If you are interested in attending, shoot me an email and I will send you directions and information.
Shelf Reliance carries many different functional storage units from small to REALLY large for food storage, pantry's and your stockpile. They also have a ton of good food (my kids eat it!) for long term food storage.
I have cut my grocery bill even further by having these food items on hand as staples. If you go to the store without a list on average you spend 40% more. If you send your husbands on their way home to "run in" and grab last minute items you spend on average of 60% more than planned. I am reducing these money pit trips by having all my staples in my pantry all the time. I have powered milk, eggs, butter, all my fruits and veggies and even some meat. If I am out instead of running into the store last minute, I already have them. Saving me lots!

What you said about the husbands spending 60% more when they run in for last-minute items is so true! If my husband stops to get milk, he ends up with a ton of other stuff too!
I got my can organizer today! I'm planning on putting it in my pantry this weekend. :) I'll post some pictures soon! ;)
