I use these all the time. There is an on/off switch on side of bottle. Turn it on and squeeze trigger and it sprays.
Think of it like those super mega water guns for kids that you prime the water up into tube and then pull trigger and they squirt. Kind of like that except a much wider band of spray comes out.
