I got these a few weeks ago at Walgreens for a really good price but I wanted to pick up a few refills. We have used it a few times and I think they work really well. My Dad said they were using them at Scout Camp by clipping them on something up high in the middle of the room and that they worked great there also. So, Thanks to Courtney here is a great way to pick some up!

I got 4 of the start kits for $5.99. You can also use a $2 manu coupon from the 5/16 SS.
This is what I did.
Buy 4
use (2) B1g1
use (2) $2 man coupons for the ones that aren't free
use wags may coupon for $2 (takes off $8)
But ymmv with using the $2 man. I went to my reg cashier and it was very easy!!!
I got two refill packs for free first thing Sunday morning (12:05am). :) It was the first time I've shopped at CVS in probably 5 years (since they started the loyalty card system). The store I visited still had the $3.99 sale price from last week on the shelf along with the $1 off sale sticker for this week; but the refills showed up at $4.19 on the price checker, so I asked the manager. She gave them to me for $2.99 ($3.99 - $1), and then I handed her the $3 CVS coupons. I was filling out the new shopper card info, but my husband said she gave the coupons a funny look and checked the register, then shrugged and put them through (she adjusted the second one down by 2 cents). Since that was all we came for, it was completely free, and she was SO nice about it (if a little bewildered). :) I'm sure she fixed the price tag on the shelf immediately after we left. ;)
Since we stopped by earlier in the day prepared to pay $2 for 2 refills (and saw the sale tag, so that's we came back later), I was perfectly happy to get them for free. :) I didn't know why they were marked $3.99 and ringing up at $4.19 until I got home and re-read your post to see that they were $3.99 last week.
Do you know if CVS has "sneak peek" ads the way Walgreens does? :)
