Thanks to Crystal for this information. If you are like me I know that I have purchased these products but do NOT have my receipts. But, if you purchased Tyson-branded chicken products labeled “Raised Without Antibiotics” or “Raised Without Antibiotics That Impact Antibiotic Resistance in Humans” between June 19, 2007 and April 30, 2009, you may be able to file a claim for cash or a coupon.
You can print a form and mail in up to $50 worth of receipts here. If you bought these products at a club store like Sam's club you can go online and actually get your receipt from them!
Also, there is a electronic form you can fill out if you don't have your receipts for a $10 refund or a $5 coupon. Go HERE to view this one.
