So I just went into CVS today for next week's deals and I had a $5 off $30 coupon printed out. I handed it to her first and she said I need to scan your manufacturers coupons first. Of course after she did that I didn't have $30 worth of stuff! So I told her usually the other coupon is scanned first and she said their policy has always been to scan the manufacturer coupons first and then the $5 off $30 or whatever. I've never had a cashier do that before. Is that really the policy? I had to buy a few extra things like an extra bag tag (which she said I could use more than one) turns out you can only use one per customer per day so I'll be returning that unless you know of someone who could use it!

Man usually it's Walgreens that is so frustrating. Today it was CVS. Any ideas on that one?

Thanks,
Julia

Every now and then I have had them do that. I can't find ANYTHING that says they have to do it either way. So i guess it is just them being ugly that day.

I might go to a different one or just have to do the deal differently.

That is a pain I am sorry that happened,
